Both a food and wine destination, Botanicum co-owner Marc Botes showcases his passion for terroir driven wines in Morgenster’s unique Bordeaux styled and Italian varietal wines alongside a small selection of ever changing collaboration and site-specific wines under Botanicum’s own label.
Open from Tuesday to Fridays lunch and dinner, and then on weekends for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including a relaxed brunch menu alongside morning take away coffees, juices & smoothies, bagels & pastries.
We have plants and botanicals to thank for blurring the borders between interior and exterior spaces. This connection with nature and bringing the outdoors in, spills across the open layout of the space at Morgenster and our aim is to convey a sense of place, with a interior epitomising simplicity and sophistication.
